Mt. Rogers Combined School, 11337 Highlands Parkway in Whitetop. The Mt. Rogers Combined School in Whitetop, VA offers free music lessons (banjo, fiddle, guitar, mandolin, bass, and dance) and a community jam session on every Tuesday night.
